Returns & Exchanges

At UNTAG, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all UNTAG garment tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
